Planning Board

The Town of Herkimer Planning Board will hold regualr meetings on the second Wednesday of each month, at 6:00PM at the Herkimer Town Hall located at 114 North Prospect Street, Herkimer, New York 13350.

The next scheduled meeting will be January 8, 2025 at 6:00 PM.

Codes Department

The Codes Officer and Zoning Enforcement Officer is appointed by the town board to enforce the codes and zoning ordinances of the town and performs building and fire code inspections.
