Court is in session on Tuesdays at 1:30 PM with Judge Manne. DA Court Sessions will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 1:30 PM with Judge Manne.

Court is in session on Wednesdays at 6:00 PM with Judge Petucci. DA Court Sessions will be held on the 1st and 2nd Wednesday of every month at 6:00 PM with Judge Petucci.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who do I call for information on my court date or other concerns.

Call only the court in which you are to appear. Court room telephones are only answered when the court clerk is present. You may leave a message on the courts voicemail system on non- court days. No other department can answer questions or take messages for the court system.

What if I cannot read my ticket as to date or court?

Immediately contact the police agency that issued the ticket. They will gladly advise you as to the proper date and court.

What is the limit for a small claim?

To file a small claim in civil court it must involve no more than $3000 in damages.

How do I pay a parking ticket?

Pay online by selecting vial the Town Payment Portal. You may also visit the Town Court and pay via cashier's check.

Can I send or pay with a personal check?

Cash, money orders or credit cards (MC and VI) are the only acceptable method of payment for fines. Personal checks will not be accepted. Credit card payments will not be accepted by by phone.

Can I make my payment online?

Yes. Payments can be made online for your convenience at anytime.
